🌤 MIDDAY (11 AM – 3 PM)

Cucumber–Lime Refresher  (blend)

Vitamin-rich, keeps you full while photographing listings.

🌇 AFTERNOON (3 PM – 6 PM)
Goal: Light pick‑me‑up without ruining sleep
